I run Sendora AI. We build AI infra for medium to even $1B+ businesses.
And I need to talk to you about something.
Why I'm writing you.
If you've followed me on LinkedIn, you've seen me give away everything.
Every automation. Every workflows. Every system we use at Sendora to run daily operations.
I'm not stopping. But I need to talk about something bigger.
I've been looking at where AI is headed over the next five years.
And what I'm seeing is going to change how every business on the planet operates.
Most founders have no idea what's coming.
That's why I'm starting this series. AIOS.
But first WHY should you even listen to me?
I've been in the AI space since late 2022. I was one of the first to go all in on the AI voice when there were only a couple hundred people doing it.
I don't just talk about AI. I run my entire company on it.
3 years of building AI infrastructure and transforming companies. Here's what that produced-
$10M+ in pipeline generated.
$20M+ in savings for our clients.
200+ hours per month saved per company by replacing manual workflows with AI systems.
4M+ impressions on mine and my partner's LinkedIn. where we've given away everything. All in the open.
So what is AIOS?
Think of it as a Co-CEO. A co-founder level intelligence that works with you every single day.
Your phone runs on iOS. It handles everything in the background. Apps, notifications, data. You don't think about it. It just works.
An AI OS does the same thing for your business. Sales, operations, marketing, decisions. One intelligent system running it all behind the scenes.
What that looks like for us?
Example 1 - It used to take us 2-3 weeks to build a production-ready app. Manually, it would take over a year. But with AI OS, we build the same thing in a few hours.
Example 2 - my team used to spend a full day processing leads. Now the system does it in 12 minutes while they sleep.
BUT, it's still in early phase,
AIOS only handles 40% of all daily operations for us. My target is 85%. And I want to get there building in public
How is this different from AI automation?
AI automation is individual tools solving individual problems with no brain behind it.

and you're still the one holding it all together.
An AI OS runs your business. Connects everything, thinks across departments. And doesn't just automate a task, it manages the daily operations end to end.
Why this matters right now.
Honestly, the idea of the whole AIOS came with my own frustration.
New AI tools and features were (and are still) launching every single day.
Every time something new dropped,
we were back to square one figuring out
- if it matters,
- if we should switch,
- if what we built last month is already outdated.
No one knows where any of this is going in the next 6 months.
Not even the people building these tools.
That's what made me build the AIOS.
You won't be building around a tool. You're building the foundation as an AI-first company.
You and I won't panic when things change. You will adapt. New tool drops? Plug it in. Something is outdated? Swap it out.
My promise.
